Built inside a working resort
PA PMS runs the day-to-day operations of Hidden Lagoon Resort in the Philippines. It was built because the usual hotel software pricing — per-room fees, setup fees, monthly minimums — made little sense for a property that just needed its front desk to work. Is PA PMS really free?
Yes. The free plan is the whole day-to-day product, not a trial: reservations, check-in and check-out, guest folios and charges, housekeeping, night audit and reports. There is no per-room fee and no setup fee.
How do Booking.com and Expedia reservations get into PA PMS?
On the free plan you import the reservation export from Booking.com or Expedia (XLS or CSV) and PA PMS matches each booking by its reservation number. The paid plan adds live two-way channel sync, which we set up with you after you request it.
How much does the paid plan cost?
€30 per month per hotel (or €300 per year, two months free), with no per-room fee and no setup fee. You can subscribe from inside PA PMS (Plan & Billing) and cancel any time.
Is PA PMS only for small properties?
No. It is for any hotel or resort that doesn't want to pay per-room fees, setup fees or monthly minimums. It runs the daily operations of Hidden Lagoon Resort in the Philippines.
How do I start?
Create an account with the sign-up form and you can log in right away to set up your hotel. We only review a signup by hand if it looks automated.
