Pricing: flat monthly price vs a free plan
YCS publishes its prices, and they're simple: one flat monthly price per property, based on your room count, with no per-booking commission. For properties with 1–5 rooms, Essential is $80 per month and includes the PMS, channel manager, booking engine and a payment solution. Growth is $148 per month for the same size and adds AI guest communication, dynamic pricing and reputation management. Enterprise is quoted individually. Its FAQ says there are no setup or onboarding fees — setup, migration from your old system and training are included — and that most properties go live in under a week. Optional extras are priced separately, such as a website builder ($30 per property per month) and a restaurant POS ($60 per outlet per month).
PA PMS's free plan covers reservations (including group bookings), check-in/check-out and no-shows, guest folios and charges, housekeeping status, night audit and reports (revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR), with Booking.com/Expedia bookings brought in by importing their XLS/CSV export. No per-room fee and no setup fee. The paid plan adds live two-way sync with Booking.com and Expedia, set up with each hotel on request.

Where eZee / YCS is the stronger choice
For a flat monthly price you get a full commercial stack: the channel manager and a booking engine are in the entry plan, the setup is done for you, and there are add-ons for a restaurant POS and a website. If your property runs a restaurant, sells a lot through its own website, or wants dynamic pricing, YCS offers things PA PMS simply doesn't.
Where PA PMS is the better fit
A flat price is predictable, but it's still a monthly bill. If what you need every day is the front desk — reservations, check-in and check-out, folios, housekeeping, the night audit and your occupancy, ADR and RevPAR — PA PMS does that for free, for any size of property.
